Editing Simultaneously is particularly useful when collaborating because everyone can be involved in the creation and editing process without overwriting the work of others. Google Drive allows up to fifty users to edit a document simultaneously. Documents can be shared remotely and edited from anywhere with internet access using a computer, tablet or smart-phone. The location of each editor on the document is indicated by different colors so editors can see changes made in real time and do not overwrite each other.
