Comments allow users with edit permission to leave feedback throughout a document, spreadsheet, presentation or drawing created on Google Drive (Google, n.d.). It is a great way to leave feedback for collaborators or to leave notes on what needs to be done next. Comments remain on the document until they are marked resolved, so they are a great asynchronous way for collaborators to communicate or for teachers to guide students during their creation.
