Cub Scouts celebrate their graduation to the next rank at a Blue & Gold Ceremony.  Arrow of Light is the last Cub Scout rank and the Blue & Gold Ceremony is their official exit from the Cub scout Pack.   At the end of Cub Scout Pack 87's ceremony, the Scouts of BSA Troop 87 perform a Cross-Over Ceremony to symbolize the Arrow of Light Scouts crossing over from Cub Scouts to Scouts BSA.  After crossing the bridge, the Scouts are welcomed into the Troop and presented with a troop neckerchief, a neckerchief slide, their "*&" numerals to sew on their uniform sleeve, and the Scouts BSA Handbook.
