1. Learn how to have a healthy conversation on the topic of race
I will be sharing my personal experiences of growing up in segregated neighborhoods, playing for the San Diego Chargers, and leading one of the most diverse and largest churches in the country. This has equipped me with unique insights and a
God-given desire to teach others what God has taught me about His heart for racial unity.
2. Become more impactful in the community
One element of being a host site is partnering with a church that doesn’t look like you. After the event, you will have a chance to serve your community together (we will equip you with the information you need in order to do so).
3. Grow in attendance through
becoming more diverse
By learning how to be more relevant to your entire community, you’ll also learn how to attract a more diverse segment of the population, which will support your church’s growth initiatives and demonstrate these principles in action.
