A well-constructed, dynamic website is key to successful online engagement for any organization. I served as a principle team member on the website redesign task force at United Way of the National Capital Area, working hand in hand with our digital marketing consultant and web design agency. As part of this team I wrote or edited the lion's share of new copy for the site. Upon launch, I was the principle content manager for the site.
Due to the success of the new site, I was selected to oversee the development of the organization's first program-specific microsite for United Way NCA's signature child wellness program, Fun, Fly & Fit. In that capacity, I successfully:
