Annual Report Certificate 2025
The by-laws regarding the annual meeting have recently been amended to provide flexibility for the board and the association members. An annual Spring meeting will be held each year on a date selected by the board. Notification for this meeting will be sent out no later than 15 days prior to the meeting.
The due date for the 2025 Annual Assessments is April 15, 2025.
Improved lots dues are $231.00
Unimproved lots dues are $115.00
Payments can be made in increments (monthly, etc) with the goal of being paid in full by April 15, 2025. If the full amount is not received by June 1, 2025 it is considered late and will incur a 10% late fee. Please keep in mind, assessments must be paid in full for you to be eligible to vote in HOA elections and resolutions.
