Our next Board of Directors will be elected at the Annual Members Meeting & Elections on May 19, 2021.
If you are interested in running for a position on the Board, please fill out a Candidate Information Form by May 1, 2021. These forms are available in printed format (contact me for a copy) or fill it out on line at:
What are we going to do with this information? All forms submitted will be put together into one document that will be available to our Members via email, posted on Facebook and posted on our website. Your personal contact information will not be included. This will let us get to know you, why you want to be on the Board and what you can potentially bring to the Board. More importantly, this will get your name on the 2021-2022 ballot.
Technical details:
* You must be a property owner and live within the Association at the time of the election.
* A person can hold more than one position on the Board. The only exception is one person cannot hold the President and Secretary position at the same time.

The 2021 HOA Assessments will be due on April 15, 2021. You will have two new options for paying your assessments, along with the cash/check/money order options already available. The new options will be PayPal and Venmo. More information on these payment methods will be available soon.
As you know, the annual assessments are $100 for an undeveloped lot, $200 for a developed lot. Our new Treasurer is in the process of organizing and creating electronic records of the properties in our HOA. As soon as she is able, she will send out assessment statements.
If you feel inclined, you don't need to wait for your statement, you are welcome to send assessments at any time to our mailing address:

I would also like to remind everyone that you can make payments in increments (monthly, etc) with the goal of being paid in full by April 15, 2021. If the full amount is not received by April 15, 2021, it is considered late and will incur a 10% late fee. Fees not paid by May 15, 2021 will be subject to legal action. Please keep in mind, assessments must be paid in full for you to be eligible to vote in HOA elections and resolutions.

This afternoon, I received a call from Erick, our snow plower. The truck he uses for plowing is currently in for unexpected repairs and won't be ready until Wednesday. His second truck is in Missoula getting plow equipment installed and won't be ready until Monday. He will be out of service until at least Monday.
Seeing we have winter storm warning for the weekend, I contacted our sander. He will be able to plow us IF we need it. He also explained that we will not be first priority. So....... we will get plowed if necessary but we will need to be extra careful and drive cautiously if the roads get bad this weekend.

Our HOA Board President has called a Board meeting to be held this Sunday, November 22nd, at 2:30 pm at the Memories Cafe in Corvallis.
As in the past, I encourage our Members to attend the Board meetings to keep informed of the happenings and decisions that are being made that affect our community. At this time, our Directors and Officers have not submitted an agenda. I will distribute one as it becomes available.
Due to the increase of the Covid cases within our county, our Members have the option to attend this meeting remotely via Zoom. Please contact Barbie Borinski, our Secretary, directly to receive the Meeting ID and Password to sign in.

• Snow Plowing ~ The Board has approved to secure the services of Erick Fleischmann, Heritage Landscaping & Maintenance Inc, to plow our roads as a result of this current storm.
This is a one time approval. The Board will continue to receive additional bids and move forward to contract our ongoing, long term snow removal needs.

• The work on Corvallis Hills Rd, between Michaels Way and Highlander Way, is now scheduled for next Thursday, 8/20/2020.

• M&R Asphalt plans to start the work on Corvallis Hills Rd, between Michaels Way and Highlander Way on August 14, 2020. They are also expected to provide an estimate for the road improvements at Silver Sage.
• The tree branches overhanging the road, west of the Big Ditch, have been trimmed today. This was concern voiced at past meetings.
