Faith Formation

• Grades K-5 and children preparing for First Reconciliation and First Eucharist will meet approximately every other week for a total of 14 sessions.  Families choose to attend either on Sunday mornings or Tuesday afternoon.

• Faith Formation, Grades 6-9th (1st Year Confirmation Prep): We are offering 12 sessions, just about every-other-week, Sunday evenings from 5:00 to 6:30 PM.  Game Club will begin right at 6:30 PM for anyone who wishes to participate in social games (like board games, cards, etc.).  Youth will also attend THREE teaching Masses and will choose ONE Mass in which to serve.  Dates for these Masses and Youth Stations of the Cross are forthcoming.

• Immediate Confirmation Prep (10-12th Grade): Confirmation is celebrated in the spring of your child's 10th grade year (or later).  To be eligible to enter the Immediate Confirmation Preparation program, your child must: 

• Have already completed "1st Year Confirmation Preparation"

• Must participate in one semester of Faith Formation this year (09/28/25-12/07/25)

• Attend/Participate in ALL Immediate Confirmation Prep session (dates TBD)

• Attend/Participate in all required meetings

• Attend/Participate in the Confirmation retreat and rehearsal (dates TBD)

• Attend/Participate all Youth Teaching Masses and serve in ONE

• Attend/Participate in Youth Stations of the Cross

• Participate in THREE service opportunities

• Provide certificates for all other sacraments that were celebrated outside of Corpus Christi Church (Baptism, 1st Reconciliation, and 1st Eucharist)

• Faith Formation after Confirmation - TBD

If your child(ren) has not been baptized or is of age but has not received their other sacraments, please complete the registration form and indicate in the comment field of the Sacrament section you would like to discuss their preparation for their missed sacrament(s).

Baptismal Certificates are due by the First Day of Class
