Please fill out this form each time you check in or out a piece of equipmement.

• When checking out:
  • click on "Add item"
  • select the equipment from the drop down menu, add the check out date, your name, and any comments
  • all equipment is labeled, e.g., "edirol1", so make sure you pick the correct item
• When checking in:
  • click on your item
  • add the check in date and check the "returned" box

Equipment must be returned in the state it was borrowed in:

• please delete all information off drives,
• repack everything as it was

Notify the lab director immediately if something is lost, stolen, or damaged.

Detailed equipment information is listed below. The recorders come with accessories, also listed. When you check out an item, make sure everything is present.
