House management

Our prime objetive is to make life easier for the owners. We offer several services:

• • Cleaning. We have trusted and hardworking people who will leave your house in the best conditions. You can be at the house with no advice and found a clean house.

  • Gardening. Green and clean gardens. Also we trim trees and have people and truck to move debris.

  • Maintenance. All utilites will check every week, plumbing and electric utilities. If something need to be fix first we send pictures and bid. Also painting and masonry.

  • Pay bills. All bills will be paid, and if there is a problem we go and arrange the problem.

  • Receiving people. The house will be ready for the renters,flowers, cleaning suplies and all services up ( even night and weekends)

  • Check houses on incidentals events. accidents, blugeries etc.

  • Help owners with traductions or taking them to places they need to be.

  • Help renters to make their renting time very pleasant.

Almost all the people who rents a house that we manage became a regular renter for next years. Also offering one time cleaning house. ( high glass windows, etc)
