House remodeling. On this house we found several structural deficiencies. Add concrete footings on the foundations, concrete columns and beams for walls support.

Floor repair. Demolished old floor, digging and filling with tepetate ( tepetate is a kinf of soil that not expands with water, and mixing black soil with lime) concrete slab and traventine tile finish.
Main bedroom.
In this part of the contruction the owners want to have a different design for windows , bed base and fireplace , that we don't use too often in San Miguel.
