Super League tour is started... and here are the first played results Btw, for right now: we have 3 (three) leading Top books, interesting! On other hand, there is a possibility about current championship to Be ended soon... the main reason, due to high-draws percentages Frankly I expected too many draws, but not so much..e.g in my next Tours..the target will be to see less draws...otherwise, it's too boring Of course, this is my opinion...and thank you for your understanding03.02.2023: This time 6 entries.. e.g some are new (as 1st time participating) But some already played in recent tours, Btw, Ganryu is smallest.. About 1 MB (in compressed size) and managed as Champ Results And once more we noticed that the 'power' is not in size, but in line! Btw, the 5 constant books are playing via settings as Book Disabled On other hand, for right now there are 17 qualified opening books! So it's time to start Super League tour too, very likely in next days...
01.02.2023: Another update, again with 12 entries, some 1st time participating.. But some already played in older tours, in short: I picked the ones, Which were as Winners....and so far, we have 14 qualified books! Well-done, congratulations and many thanks to all book authors ! Btw, via latest calculations, Ukraine 50 is the next qualified book.. Note also in next calculations:Ukraine 50 will be fixed to 3750 Elo And again, Hubble book is very close to the barrier..really no luck.. E.g at least 3-times, Hubble series missed to qualify with 1-2 points
31.01.2023: B/N championship IX is started and here are the current rankings Note that any 3750+ Elo entry will be qualified into Super League For example, all of the entries will be played vs 5 constant books: CS XXXX, CS XLIX, CS LVII, CS LVI, CS BNV, which are based On previous SCCT Second League book tours games and frankly I spent less than a hour (during the 5 constant books creations...) I mean, it should be as soft touch (in the planning Super League) E.g mostly of the 5 constant book's opening lines are old dated... Btw, so far 12 new books are entered (almost all belongs to 2023) And 7 books are managed to qualify, not so bad..Congratulations! About the ones which could not..it seems they were not so lucky.. .
29.01.2023: Finely, I've started to work over new book competitions! The tour type will be as two League: Second and Super As usual, first of all, the new entries will be played in 2nd.. And later, the qualified books will be into: Super League The tournament's duration is expecting to be continued at Least for a month (30 days), so during in that period I plan To test Private + Public books as well and probably in the Next days... I consider to start testing some new books!
One of main differences (in cond.) between both Leagues: 2nd League will be played 2m+1s , 6 core / game, where Super League tour will played at 3m+1s, 8 core / game...
Note also that, All books will be played by Raubfish X48c SC engine, e.g According to my recent NNUE testings (MP + Ponder ON), Rest engines are more Drawish (close to 99% draws) and These high draw values are via Unique opening suite..e.g I can not imagine what will be via strong deep opening lines... Perhaps in 400 - 500 games, there is a chance to see a win? Sorry....FUN should be as one of the most important parts! In other words, Raubfish is still one of best...in case of Book / NNUE Tours! E.g in my recent beta testing: produced close to 86% draws! Yes, Raubfish is about 30 Elo weaker than the strongest ones... But after comparing..the draw-ratio difference more than 10%
Meanwhile, since today (for known book authors): Anyone interested can submit two opening books at any time, But note that the 2nd one have to be different in playing style Thanks in advance..
By the way, The ones, without any book recommended settings: - Those CTG books will be tested as Optimized 0/40 - Those BIN will be via as Best Line OFF / Depth 40 And in case of request with other book settings, Then I kindly suggest to be included a screenshot Or via text..but if possible in the book folder!
