Anders Ansar or his appointed distributors will repair or replace a Ansar compass product free of charge where a manufacturing fault becomes apparent within one year of the purchase date provided:
no unauthorized attempt has been made to repair the product
the product has not be misused
the customer pays transport to and from Ansar.
Contact Ansar before sending compass for repair, maybe fault can be rectified by the customer with suitable instructions or parts.
Failure outside the Warranty Period
Contact Ansar for an estimate for repair.
