To All Property Owners,
Please be advised that we had to install a new lock with new key at the boat launch. The keys are available now. Please see the CCPOA Rules and Regulations on our website www.commodorecapepoa.com which will be given to each property owner when they purchase their new boat launch key. There will be a $20.00 key deposit (which will be refunded if key is no longer needed and returned), $35.00 fee if key is lost and replaced.
