To All Property Owners,
Per our discussion at our September 1st POA Meeting regarding our new boat launch keys, please be advised that we had to order a new lock with new keys. Please see the CCPOA Rules and Regulations on our website www.commodorecapepoa.com which will be given to each property owner when they purchase their new boat launch key. There will be a $20.00 key deposit (which will be refunded if key is no longer needed and returned), $35.00 fee if key is lost and replaced. The new keys will be available on October 15th, the new lock will be installed end of October, date to be advised.
