This evaluation questionnaire is designed as part of our Comenius Project “Do you think I’ll fit in?” for the purposes of measuring our attitudes and behaviors with respect to people with disabilities and raising our students’ awareness level. In this Evaluation Questionnaire, ‘a disability’ is described as any condition which society defines as making it more difficult for a person to have a fulfilling life. Included are such situations as paralysis, loss of sight or hearing. Here you have the Evaluation questionnaire
It is composed of two different parts with a total number of twenty five questions. First ten questions are designed to give us a clue about our attitudes and behaviors as POSITIVE, NEUTRAL or NEGATIVE. Each question will have a four points degree. Scores more than twenty will indicate a POSITIVE attitude whereas scores less than twenty a NEGATIVE one. Twenty points will indicate a NEUTRAL attitude.
Last fifteen questions are designed to evaluate our knowledge about people with disabilities. This second part will help us to determine our awareness level about disabilities. Scores forty and above will indicate a HIGH level of awareness and scores twenty and below a LOW one. Scores in between twenty and forty will indicate an ENOUGH level of awareness.
Remember that this is not a test you will get marks from and be graded. This is just a tool designed to help us during our project to gain some sight about people with disabilities. This process is also anonymous, which means that no one will know what your answers are.
