Yoon-Soo JANG is currently a senior research scientist in KRISS (Length standard group) and associate professor in UST (KRISS school, precision measurement). He recieved the Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, Daejeon, Republic of Korea, in 2017. From 2018 to 2019, he was a Post-Doctoral Research Scientist with Mesoscopic Optics and Quantum Electronics Laboratory, UCLA, Los Angeles, CA, USA. His research interests include optical metrology, ultrafast photonics, mode-locked laser, frequency comb, and laser interferometry.
