Why we need to hold AGM

We setup a Credit Union account as we needed to have an account to receive grants/etc ( electronic transfer is audit-able and thus popular) and we could pay mainly insurance.

Its a credit Union account as its the cheapest way to have an account ( no bank fees ).

We can have up to 5 account signatories. 2 are required for a withdrawal, 1 required for deposit.

To change signatories, it needs to be approved by AGM and all proposed signatories need to provide proof of person and address for Banking know your customer legislation.

Ideally we want our Dojo Champions to be signatories as they are aware of requirements.

So hence its proposed to add Comac and Srenni,replacing Ivo and John ( and thanking them for their unfailing assistance )

Attached is Constitiution ( we tried to make it as minimal as possible ! )

Insurance details

We have put in place insurance for the coming year.

This is part of agreement with school, where they provide access to building and we provide insurance

This costs roughly 315 euro annually.

We received a donation to cover this for the current year

Insurance was generously donated by a couple living in Belgium.

Our website is on google sites.

We get an automated monthly report, which analyses from the log file the website traffic.

Normally this is not too interesting, but note the countries where traffic is coming from;

We applied to https://www.dublinbus.ie/About-Us/Community-Spirit-Initiative/Community-Spirit-Awards1/

We were not successful :( But will try again later in the year. Application was.
