My name is Cailey McNamara, I'm from Sudbury, Massachusetts and attended boarding school in Suffield, Connecticut for all four years of high school. I wanted to stay in New England for college and knew when I toured Bryant's campus that that is where I wanted to be.

I like to study in small groups or alone while listening to music. I benefit from flashcards and other hands-on methods of studying such as memory games or Quizlets. I also find that writing things down repeatedly helps me to remember them later on and truly ingrain those details in my mind. I am extremely passionate about the French language and Francophone cultures. I have broadened my French studies here at Bryant and have excelled in both written and spoken French. I have gained experience with my writing skills and have acquired a vast spread of vocabulary throughout my time in both LCS and Writing106. I have learned an abundance of information my freshman year here at Bryant, and cannot wait to apply my knowledge to my daily life and continue to carry the take-aways with me through my professional life as well.
