Report 2020-7-4: Recap of Past Few Days

Hopefully everyone had a great Fourth of July filled with fireworks and junk food (or protesting, if that's your thing). Apologies for the lack of posts lately. Today is gonna be a biggie. It will be covering the events that have unfolded for the past few weeks.

Regarding Clones

The Closedverse rehost wakemeupinside.cf is down as of the making of this article. SMF9 stated that Username was able to get a hold of the site's database, and that he may have gotten into an admin's account. As a result, the site shut down for safety concerns. SMF9 said that he planned on bringing the site back, and that he would transfer ownership to Luke if he were to leave the clone scene.

Later, on July 2, SMF9 stated that he got DDOSed, and that he planned on leaving the Miiverse clone scene and transferring ownership of wakemeupinside.cf to Luke. However, he later stated, "Nevermind, for now everything is fine..." and that nothing bad has happened so far, though he stated that he will give ownership to Luke if anything goes wrong.

Uiiverse

Earlier today, Uiiverse co-founder FunnyBone stated that he would depart from Uiiverse development in order to work on other projects. His website for project announcements is funnybone.ga.

Regarding Users and Drama

Weeg Returns to Twitter

Everyone mentioned is a former clone user unless stated otherwise.

On July 1, 30 days after he deactivated his Twitter account, Weeg reactivated and claimed that he would be back to posting on social media. He tweeted the link to a Google doc admitting to drawing suggestive and NSFW art of his main OC, Macy. He also goes into detail of some of the things he did on Miiverse clones, such as dating another user and defending a user who was accused of being a pedophile. At the end of the document, he tells the users "C, G, and S" to "find something else to do with your lives instead of trying to track me down and bring my life into endless torment" He refers to all of these users with one-letter pseudonyms.

Stereotypical Russian Boss made a tweet apologizing to Weeg for harassing him. However, another user, Cookie/bastard, began replying to some of Weeg's Tweets with the NSFW art of Macy that he drew.

More Stuff About Jod

On July 3, Russian Boss made a tweet telling people to unfollow and block Jod (who uses the Twitter handle @comfycharlotte and has over 500 followers) due to them being a "sexual predator" who "admitted to being a pedophile". In the replies, Dapy uploaded a Google Drive folder with images relating to Jod, including screenshots from Closedverse and Indigo. However, the next day Nathaniel replied stating that one of the "diaper" images was actually an image of his leg with some clothing around it. The image might have been confused with Jod.
