Volunteer opportunities for Winter 2025/ Spring 2026
The form only needs to be submitted once per school year.
Please submit at least 4 days before the event.
Winter Market Volunteers
(December 6, 2025)
Low commitment
Looking for 2-4 volunteers to help with this event; hallway monitors and giving directions to the cafetorium.
Winter Market is an opportunity for students to rent a table to sell their wares.
Winter Blast Volunteers
(December 19, 2025)
Low commitment
We need 8-10 volunteers to act as hallway monitors. Please make sure you fill out a Volunteer Background Form if you sign up for this.
Winter Blast happens the last day of school before winter break and is held during school hours.
We also need donations of candy canes.
Winter Fun Night Chairs
(TBD, Late January)
High commitment
We need 2-4 Volunteers to help coordinate this event with administration.

Book Fair Volunteers
Low commitment (December 8-11, 2025)
We need volunteers to help with Book Fair in the Clague Library.
Shifts are 1.5 hrs each. Sign up for one or multiple.
Staff Appreciation Week
High commitment (May 4-8, 2026)
We need multiple volunteers to organize Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week.
Organize a week-long celebration for our teachers and staff, with creative freedom to plan as you wish.
PTSO will reimburse funds based on the set budget.
