Volunteer opportunities for Winter & Spring 2026
The form only needs to be submitted once per school year.
Please submit at least 4 days before the event.
International Night Chairs
(Date TBD, April or May)
High commitment
We need 2 more volunteers to help coordinate this event.
You will help organize this event.
PTSO will provide a budget.
End of Year Celebrations
Class of 2030, Current 8th grade
High & Low commitment (June)
We need multiple volunteers to help organize 8th grade graduation on June 5th.
We also need multiple day of volunteers for graduation on June 5th.
We need 2-4 volunteers to plan and organize the end of year fun day for the 8th graders.
PTSO will reimburse funds based on the set budget.

Staff Appreciation Week
High commitment (May 4-8, 2026)
We need multiple volunteers to organize Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week.
Organize a week-long celebration for our teachers and staff, with creative freedom to plan as you wish.
PTSO will reimburse funds based on the set budget.
Class of 2031, (Future 8th gr.) Trip Fundraising and Planning
High commitment (Year long 2026/27)
We need multiple volunteers to organize and plan fundraising for the Class of 2031 end of year trip in 2027.
You will work with Ms. Taylor, our 8th grade teacher rep.
PTSO will support as needed.
