Wind Ensemble

The Wind Ensemble is our advanced ensemble of wind instruments at Canyon HS.  We focus on essential skills such as tone production and technique, but also strive for musicality and phrasing.  During the year we focus on music theory and history and prepare for concert band concerts and festivals.  This is our top auditioned group for our most advanced musicians. 

Wind Ensemble meets daily during 4th period and performs at least 5 concerts per year.
