As a childcare provider with many years experience, I strive to increase my knowledge of the ways that children learn and how I can help them to reach their full potential. In order to do the best I can for your children, my staff and I attend regular training courses specifically for childcare providers. We read a great deal of theory and best practice journals, books and magazines. We learn and share knowledge with other professionals and we seek advice from Kirklees early years professionals when and if necessary so that we provide the best possible opportunities for your children to learn and achieve.
