In 2020, everything has changed, hasn't it? What can we do for ourselves and others? In my spare time, I start to learn how to use "Python" via LinkedIn Learning provided by my company and ACS membership. I also take several LinkedIn courses like logistic management, how to be a good listener, how to efficiently work from home, etc. Nourishing yourselves with various topics of talks can make you replenished every day.
Other than sticking with computers, do some exercises such as going for a walk, core muscle exercise, yoga, etc. Keeping a healthy physical and mental condition is the key for us to reduce the pressure accumulated during this pandemic.
Last but not least, it is time for us, human beings, to look over our relationships with nature, to cherish everything you have embraced, to experience your routine from different aspects. And please wear masks when you are outside in a closed and packed area or meeting with someone you don't know. Protect yourselves and others with masks. Healthy, then wealthy.
