Healthier school meals and nutritional education now are proven by an overwhelming body of evidence to improve test scores, reduce obesity and power students for their days filled with learning and activities.
Given these facts, in 2013, the PTA at Cherry lane launched an exciting initiative to improving the nutritional content of our school meals and addressing the lack of nutritional education in our curriculum by starting a School Kitchen Garden.
