1. Committee Reports/ Fundraising:
   1. Box Tops – Jeanine Roemer
      1. Second collection was submitted end of February totaling $168.20. Dr. Malandra, Mrs. Henriquez & Mrs. Hidaldo are in the lead for class with most clipped Box tops. Please continue to collect…final submission is June!

1. 5^th Grade Committee – Lauren Van Eck, Kim Gigante, Amy MacKenzie
   1. Tricky Tray was a huge success! Earned just about $10,000 for the 5^th grade.

1. Yearbook – Amy MacKenzie
   1. We have sold about 50 so far. Due date is April 20^th
   2. 5^th grade committee will be purchasing a yearbook for all 5^th graders.

1. After School Programs- Jamie Lee Finn
   1. We have 9 programs running this spring
   2. The PTA will earn about $1000 from this
2. Book Fair- Jen Marchesani & Christine Gigante
   1. Total profit was $1144
   2. The book sale was open during curriculum night and that was very successful as well.

1. Plant Sale- Kim Gigante
   1. Order forms will be coming home soon and orders will be due in April.
   2. Plant sale is May 10^th at Cherry Lane. We will be looking for volunteers to help with selling that day.

1. Launch Fundraiser - Lauren Van Eck/ Allison Paul
   1. March 29^th fundraiser the PTA is sponsoring a fundraiser at Launch in West Nyack. Come anytime between 4pm and 8pm and jump for as long as you want. Be sure you say you are there with Cherry Lane and we will receive a portion of the sales.

1. Boulder’s Game- Lauren Van Eck
   1. The PTA is planning to buy a batch of tickets as a fundraiser. Tickets are $15 and will be purchased through the PTA.
   2. Game would be on a Saturday night (possibly May 18^th) with fireworks and we would earn $4 on every ticket.

1. Author visit: Dan Gutman –
   1. He will be visiting on Friday, March 15^th
   2. He will read a story to the kindergarten classes and grades 1-5 will have an assembly where they will get a chance to ask him a question.
   3. Wear a sports jersey on Friday, March 15!

1. Adoption of minutes – Annemarie Lucia motioned to adopt the minutes and Angus Mackenzie seconded the motion.

1. New/Unfinished business
   1. Membership -- How can we get more families to join the PTA? Maybe when we hold events the they will be free for families who have joined the PTA and other families will have to pay a small entrance fee.
   2. June 14^th is Kindergarten orientation. The PTA will talk with Kindergarten parents about joining the PTA.
   3. April 10^th is our next meeting. We will have refreshments and a raffle for all those who come. Ms. Jennifer from the Suffern library will be speaking. We will also be discussing committees and PTA officers for next year. We have some open positions that need to be filled.
