The Facebook group ‘Our Health and Wellbeing for Chase Meadow’ provides information to support, the physical and mental health and wellbeing of local residents.
The group provides information from local and national health groups and to signpost, not endorse, community-based activities and events that link to the promotion of health and wellbeing. This may include exercise groups, healthy recipes, sport activities, classes to learn new skills, health advice, the opportunity to share positive experiences and motivational quotes; there may also be the odd meme to bring a smile to your face or brighten your day 😃.
All Chase Meadow residents are invited to join this group and are very welcome to create and share posts linked to both mental and physical health and wellbeing. Businesses that support or promote health and wellbeing can also post to the group on Sundays. Join the group here.
