Then enter the search term Charmeldee Acres in the first box labeled: Last/ Firm Name

Impact Fee for New Construction

As approved by property owners at the 2018 annual meeting, any new construction that involves increased traffic for materials delivery (including concrete) is subject to an impact fee of up to $2000. If you are planning any new construction, please contact the board to discuss.
