Bylaws

The Bylaws of the Charmeldee/Sky-Hi Property Owners Association outline the way the POA does its business.

The main document was last revised May 11, 2004. In the interim, with POA member approval, the size of the Board was adjusted to include six (6) rather than twelve (12) members.

Impact Fee for New Construction

As approved by property owners at the 2018 annual meeting, any new construction that involves increased traffic for materials delivery (including concrete) is subject to an impact fee of up to $2000. If you are planning any new construction, please contact the board to discuss.
