2. Complete at least 1 Elective adventure of your den’s or family’s choosing.

3. With your parent, guardian, or other caring adult, complete the exercises in the pamphlet entitled How to Protect Your Children From Child Abuse: A Parent’s Guide.

Note: Some of these activities are done at home and signed off by the parent after the child has completed the task. The activities can be reflected in the online Scoutbook by the parent, and they can inform the Den Leader - so that they are aware of the Cub Scouts progress.
Note to Parents
Your Den Leader will track the activities completed at the Den meeting.
You should use the Scout Handbook or the online Scoutbook site to track activities completed by your Cub Scout at home.
So, use your handbook or online Scoutbook to track each of the activities your scout completes.
Start a Scout Folder to store papers and projects as your scout completes them.
Bring the Handbook (and folder) to a Den meeting to have your family activities recorded by the Den Leader.
