September 27--Taco Boy

This Thursday we're running to Taco Boy (downtown)! This popular Charleston Cantina is known for their tasty Mexican Street Corn, delicious tacos and super fun margaritas! Our amigos de Taco Boy are offering every runner una cerveza Tecate gratis! ¡Toma!
Our Route:
From the gazebo, we'll take a left and run around the park. Right on 10th, RIGHT on Dunnemann, left on 12th (at the road bend), left on Gordon and then run around the plantation till you're back on Dunnemann (left on 6th, right on St. Margaret, left on 5th, left on Dunnemann). Right on 10th (head back into the park), and continue the loop around the park. Exit the park at the corner next to the Citadel and continue onto Elmwood. Left on Huger and the bar will be on our right! (~3.6 mi)
Want a shorter route?
(~2 mi) From the gazebo, run the loop around the park then head to Rutledge via Cleveland. Right on Rutledge, left on Huger and the bar will be on the right.
(~1 mi) From the gazebo, head to Rutledge via Cleveland. Right on Rutledge, left on Huger and the bar will be on the right.

Remember to bring your ID and some money for the bar!
It's getting dark out there, so please wear something bright and reflective! Flashing lights are a great and easy way to be seen by traffic. Also, the bugs are still biting, so don't forget the bug spray!
