3. Who is "target #1"? Funding and it's going to take serious reserves to buy the Ships, upgrade them and keep them afloat and profitable as we sail forward. Billionaires, Corporations, Equity Funds, Retirement Funds and Companies that are sitting on cash reserves with high tax rates, you see where this is going, right? Asking Cruise Staff, peers, clients and at times, asking competitors. Identifying emerging problems with solutions, such as the OIW / OIS Systems.
