What We Do

We provide fee-based test proctoring services for industry certification and licensing exams from national test vendors, private associations, and businesses. We also proctor credit for prior learning exams and distance education exams for students taking courses at institutions other than NOVA. Fees vary based upon exam.

We are located at the Alexandria (AL), Annandale (CED), and Woodbridge (WRC) Workforce Development Division office locations. Coming soon this fall we will open our fourth location, which is a mobile test center that will provide on-site high-stakes test proctoring services.

ACT WorkKeys® Job Skills Assessments

For the Workplace: Earn a Virginia Career Readiness Certificate (CRC), a portable credential that proves to employers you have the right skills to be successful for the job. Complete three 55-minute tests that measure achievement in reading comprehension, applied mathematics and locating information. Click here to purchase a practice test. For High School Students: Reading for Information and Business Writing assessments are available for students in addition to the CRC.
