SBAC - Use desktop icons, windows and menus to open applications and documents. Use pointing device such as a mouse to manipulate shapes, icons; click on urls, radio buttons, check boxes; use scroll bar. W6 - Keyborading: Locate and use letter and numbers keys with leftand right hand placement. RL 7 - Watch online videos and use play, pause, rewind and forward buttons while taking notes
Open: Discuss the importance of sounding letter and combination of letters put together. Practice the word "of" by asking a couple of volunteers to help sound it off. Ask why it is important to sound out a word we do not recognize. Does it helps us make the right pronunciation? Let us practice a few of these words by completing the four activities on phonemic awareness.
Support and Assess students by asking them to walk me through each of the activities.
