Picard

Picard is a Denkyu-Kun that lives in Oysmi Town in Rainbow World. He wears a bright red outfit with a yellow lightning bolt on his chest, and has a rather frightening voice. His arms are jack plugs and he has the ability to electrocute his victims. He made his first (and so far only) appearance in Puzzle Bobble 2/Bust-A-Move 2. He can be classed as a normal difficulty character. He can be tough, but he's certainly not among the toughest characters in Puzzle Bobble.
