December of last year CSA, Inc. together with the School Children celebrates this tradition in a unique special way. Time: 12:15 P.M. to 6:00 P.M.

1. AWIT ug SAYAW sa PASKO (Christmas Song and Dance Interpretation)
“Christmas caroling puts smiles on the faces of those being serenaded, but for those singing the joyful tunes; it can be a time of peace and joy as well. It's more than just singing and dancing. Caroling is a festive way to connect our hearts full of joy during this season.”
CONCEPT: Christmas carols and hymns are one facet of the holiday season that never fails to lift the spirits. This requires no cooking, no excavation, and no machines. While there are lines of well-known Christmas songs that are perennial favorites, there are many more which have slipped into obscurity. The purpose of this show is to preserve the rich history of Christmas carols and hymns that might otherwise be lost, coupled with a little dancing to the rhythm to make it more realistically merry making.
MECHANICS:
1. Each group of not less than 10 is required to sing one traditional Christmas carol. The carol of choice can be sung in English or in any Filipino dialect;
2. Accompaniment, if any, is limited to acoustic instruments or non- electronic musical instruments. The musical instruments can only be played by the members of the participating group;
3. Use of any recorded accompaniment is not allowed.

5. Each group will be allotted a maximum of 12 minutes total performance time.

These lanterns represent the Star of Bethlehem that guided the Magi, also known as the Three Kings. Parols are as beloved and iconic to Filipinos and the earliest parols were made from simple materials like bamboo, Japanese rice paper (known as "papel de Hapon") or crepe paper, and was lit by a candle or coconut oil-lamp for illumination.”

“Billions of money and a lot of sweat have been wasted on astronomy and yet we have not found life. The like of Earth is rare, and most rare things are fragile and you have to be careful with them. Earth is the oceans and seas, the trees and bees… it is the animals and human kinds, the rivers and lakes… it is the springs and the waters, the flowers and birds… Earth is the natural environment, it is the natural world created for the living, created to support life. Earth is the greatest source of excitement; the greatest source of visual beauty; the greatest source of intellectual interest. It is the greatest source of so much in life that makes life worth living, and yet, many of us are working so hard to destroy it. God made life simple; it is man who complicates it…”
