My aim in preparing these translations has been to provide something more up-to-date and more faithful than the Jowett translations (c. 1900) which are so readily available on-line because no longer under copyright.
All of them are available as free pdfs; most have them are also available in paperback from Broadview Press.
Pdf files of the translations are available from SSRN, under a Creative Commons License (Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs) which allows them to be distributed freely, in whole or in part, so long as you (i) retain an attribution to the author(s)/translator(s, (ii) use them non-commercially, and (iii) do not make changes (please send suggestions for changes to me, at cathalwoods at gmail dot com). For more information, see the Creative Commons web site.
