INCENTIVES, ALLOWANCES & BONUSES GUIDELINES
MID YEAR BONUS
The Mid-Year Bonus equivalent to 1 month basic pay shall be given to entitled employee who has rendered at least a total or an aggregate of 4 months of service of the current year.
Mid-Year Bonus is based on the EFFECTIVITY of the CSC Approved Appointment, NOT THE DEPLOYMENT ORDER.
Schedule of Release: Not Earlier Than May 15 of the Current Year
YEAR END BONUS & CASH GIFT
The Year-End Bonus equivalent to 1 month basic pay and Cash Gift of ₱5,000 shall be given to entitled employee who has rendered at least a total or an aggregate of 4 months of service from January 01 to October 31 of the current year.
Those Appointed JULY 2, 2019 onward will only receive a PERCENTAGE OF CASH GIFT.
Year-End Bonus / Cash Gift is based on the EFFECTIVITY of the CSC Approved Appointment, NOT THE DEPLOYMENT ORDER.
Schedule of Release: Not Earlier Than November 15 of the Current Year
PEI BONUS
The Performance Enhancement Incentive (PEI) of ₱5,000 shall be given to entitled employee who has rendered at least a total or an aggregate of 4 months of service.
Schedule of Release: Not Earlier Than December 15 of the Current Year
CLOTHING/UNIFORM ALLOWANCE
The Clothing / Uniform Allowance of ₱6,000 shall be given to entitled employee who has rendered at least a total or an aggregate of 6 months of service.
CHALK / CASH ALLOWANCE
Loyalty (₱10,000) - First 10 years in the service.
Milestone (₱5,000) - Succeeding 5 years.
