STEP 1: BTR REGISTRATION

FOR CREATION OF OFBS USER ACCOUNT 

1. Email to BTR the following:

• Full Name of Accountable Officer (example: JUAN SANTOS GARCIA)

• DepEd Email Address (example: juan.garcia@deped.gov.ph)

• District: Tubod, Lanao del Norte (All Accountable Officers of DepEd LDN will be under TUBOD DISTRICT not your assigned school district)

2. Email Subject: DepEd LDN User Account Request - Name of Accountable Officer (example: DepEd LDN User Account Request - Juan Garcia)

3. Use your DepEd Email to send in your email NOT your personal email

4. Send to BTR's Email: btr12ln@yahoo.com

5. Make sure to follow the instruction

6. Wait for the reply from BTR

FOR OFBS PASSWORD RESET

1. BTR Instruction: If the 1st login attempt doesn't work, please email BTR immediately with a password reset request. 3 times failed login will result in a locked account.

2. Email to BTR the following:

   • Full Name of Accountable Officer (Example: JUAN SANTOS GARCIA)

   • DepEd Email Address (example: juan.garcia@deped.gov.ph)

3. Email Subject: Password Reset Request - Name of Accountable Officer (example: Password Reset Request - Juan Garcia)

4. Send to BTR's Email: btr12ln@yahoo.com

5. Make sure you are using your DepEd email in sending your email

6. Wait for the reply from BTR
