On each of these platforms, he used discussion boards for increasing student interaction. He also created online exams, quizzes, and podcasts. In addition, he has created narrated power point decks and dozens of video lectures. In addition, he is adept at using electronic portfolio and assessment systems. He has vast experience with TK20. In the traditional classroom, he has used smart boards, ELMO projectors, and other traditional technology tools. He has also worked with virtual reality and artificial intelligence.
Dr. Sheperis is proficient in various word processing, editing, and publishing software programs. He has used various software programs for video creation and web page creation.
Because of his knowledge of technology, Dr. Sheperis serves as a model of digital age leadership and helps both faculty and students develop digital age skills that will help them in professional practice. Dr. Sheperis teaches students to use their technology skills to improve the lives of the people they serve. Dr. Sheperis maximizes the benefits of social media to enhance community building among students and to advance the initiatives that he has initiated.
