Parent & Youth Sailor Volunteering Opportunities

The Cape St. Claire Youth Sailing Program is run by a group of volunteer parents, sailing enthusiasts, and dedicated local families just like you. Our program depends on volunteers to assist in the summer months, and also throughout the year in events to help raise money. We thank you for your efforts in helping create an amazing program for all our youth. We also hope you participate and have fun! Many events not only help the organization, but also provide fun social time and connections.

As a member of CSC Youth Sailing, all families are required to support the week(s) you have sailors in camp by signing up for Parent of the Day (POD). For more information and the sign-up click HERE.

In addition to Parent of the Day, each family must also volunteer for at least TWO Cape Youth Sailing events per year to remain in good standing. These volunteer opportunities include the Strawberry Festival (our biggest fundraiser), Boat Set-up, and Boat Clean-up. Other events may be presented but these are the three main events we are in highest demand. Boat Clean Up - August 9th 12pm at Lake Claire Beach
