*You are welcome to chaperone and join your student on this trip! Our minimum number is 1 Chaperone per 10 Students, we ask that chaperones be legal guardians, grandparents, or siblings that are a substantial amount older.
You can start paying in January of 2026 but are able to register later (likely until October of 2027).
Fundraising
All fundraising happens through the Cape Henlopen Instrumental Music Boosters. Please contact them and consider attending a meeting if you wish to help raise money for our students!
Our Travel Company is Educational Discovery Tours. We have worked with them for multiple trips and we have the best experiences with them planning our trips.
All of the Registration and Money goes directly to them through their website. We as your Music Directors do not have to recieve money or communication in order for you and your student to plan for the trip.
EDT has a representative with us for the entire duration of our trip.
They have consistently prioritized safety, along with ensuring a fun and fulfulling trip with performance and learning opportunities.
Registration is open! Our first "deadline" for registration is January 15th. This deadline is just for the first set of payments. You can (and many will) register after this date. However, the company will need to ensure they have adequate numbers for transportation, so your spot isn't 100% guaranteed. It is strongly encouraged to register and send in the deposit as soon as you are comfortable doing so.
When registering, remember to register your student and their personal information. If you wish to chaperone, you may register yourself and fill out the according information.

Entering a hotel room that is not yours is grounds for dismissal from the trip.
Drugs, alcohol & tobacco use are grounds for dismissal.
There will be ZERO use of dating apps or communication systems in which students are able to make “new friends.” This is also a zero tolerance violation and will result in dismissal from the trip.
Any student dismissed from the trip will need to be flown home by a guardian at that guardian’s expense.
Roommates all need to be pre-approved by a guardian of each student in the room. Students may not room with anyone that they are romantically involved with, previously were romantically involved with or planning to someday be involved with in a romantic manner.
Students need to be with their groups at all times. Missed check-ins result in students joining the music teacher/faculty group.
All school policies will be enforced.
