Proof of concept.
Really wanting to make it tilt using a motorized mechanism so it can follow the sun. But it never happened, too many projects.
Materials Used.
Concrete Pier Block for the main leg support
3/4 in. Electric Metallic Tube (EMT) Conduit, for the two support legs
2 in. Electric Metallic Tube (EMT) Conduit, for the main leg
Misc metal brackets and bolts for the swing mechanism.
#5 Conduit Hanger with bolt. To hold the other two support legs

The Finished Project
The Brain
Eco-worthy charge controller configured for 24 volts. Next to the right is a 300w grid-tie-inverter, with no limiter. Next to the right is just some power strip for misc accesories, and the last white switch to the right is the solid state relay to turn it on and off the power strip depending on the voltage level of the charge controller.
Using 4 deep cycle batteries from Costco. Configured for 24v. So it is 2S2P configuration.
