Reminder of Field Trips for this Class

We may go on some field trips during the course of the year. Please go to the "Forms and Docs" link on this web site and down-load your form.

After you have filled it out return it to me to file for you. This will allow you to go on any field trip that we might take.

Do this soon!!!! Due Monday - The 2nd Week of Class - YES you can turn it in sooner !
