Use your native language

There are thousands of people from all over the world using our vulnerability submission form. We want to triage your report as quickly as possible; if you are not proficient with English, using your native language can actually help us with that!

Use of automated translators is great for many tasks, but they don't necessarily cope well with information security jargon; it also doesn't help if both the initial report and the response goes through a translator - it's twice as likely for something to go wrong!

Google's Security Team has hundreds of security engineers from all over the world, and we are pretty likely to find someone that speaks the same language as you do. We always recommend you to email us in the language you feel the most comfortable writing; we'll do our best to email you back in the same language, too.

(And yes, Klingon is OK.)
