Download / print / copy protection bypasses in Drive

When sharing files in Google Drive, you have the option to "Disable options to download, print, and copy". This feature is designed such that it discourages others from downloading, printing or copying your content, but we don’t think of it as a security measure.

By the nature of the product, the file needs to be downloaded by the browser to render it, and there are multiple ways to access that content later. As such, we are aware that some users may be able to bypass the download / print / copy protection in Drive. We don’t consider such bypasses as security vulnerabilities.
