NZ Loyal Silver Fern For further information click here. This flag is a silver fern with the word LOYAL written beneath it. It came about to help an America's Cup campaign in 2003.

New Zealand - United Tribes of New Zealand For further information click here. This flag was voted for and adopted by 25 Maori chiefs in 1834, and served as the national flag until the signing of the Treaty of Waitangi in 1840.
