Just to keep everyone up to date on what's going on with the Pack I thought I'd send out a summary of what we have planned for the near and not-so-near future:
Saturday, April 5 - Clean up at Bristoe Station Battlefield
The Civil War Preservation Trust holds an annual park clean up day. We'll participate in this ad-hoc so there's no need to sign up. We'll meet in the parking lot at 7:50 and you don't have to stay the whole time.. Wear your Pack Activity Shirts (yellow "Class B" shirts). If you don't have one let me know. If you would like to come later call me at 571-215-5293 to find out where we are in the battlefield.
Saturday, April 12 - Fishing Derby at the Tessier's
Everyone is welcome and Scouts can earn the Fishing Belt Loop and Activity Pin. We'll learn to fish, catch some fish, and maybe even eat some fish if they're big enough. ;-) Lunch will be offered. Please let us know if you can make it, even if it's just part of the time:

Tuesday, April 15 - Pack Meeting moved from regular day
Because of a Holy Week event in the Church on our regular day the parish has asked us to move the Pack Meeting to Tuesday, April 15.
Saturday, April 26 – Mass and Religious Emblems Award
Religious Emblems will be awards to the Scouts who earned the Guardian Angel, Light of Christ, and Parvuli Dei religious emblems at the Saturday Morning Daily Mass at 9:00 AM at Holy Trinity Catholic Church.
Wednesday, May 21 - Pack Meeting
Our last Pack Meeting of the year (the "Scout Year" runs from June 1 through May 31).
Saturday, June 7 - Pack Family Campout/Campfire/Graduation
We'll meet at Turkey Run Ridge Group Campsites D & E for a family campout, evening campfire, and graduate the boys to the next rank. Details to come later . . .
July - Summer Camp
July is Summer Camp month! Current Bears and Webelos I will go to Camp PMI at Goshen Scout Reservation. See Rick Erikson (richarderikson@gmail.com) at the next Pack Meeting to register. Tigers and Wolves will go to Camp William B. Snyder in Haymarket. They have the option of attending a 4 day Day Camp or a 3 day/3 night Resident Camp. The available session are as follows with the most popular sessions, according the survey, marked with a (*):
Adventure Days:
July 7 - 10
July 14 - 17 (*)
July 21 - 24
July 28 - 31
Resident Camp (Thursday night - Sunday morning):

Even if you're not sure about your family plans for the summer, sign up for any of the sessions before April 15 and receive the maximum discount. We can switch your son to a different session later when your schedule is better known, or you can receive a full refund if it turns out he can't go at all. In other words, there's no downside to signing up now! :-)

Besides Summer Camp the Pack will remain active over the summer! Keep an eye out for more outdoor activities, STEM stuff, and other opportunities for fun!
Saturday, September 6 – Pack Leader Workshop and Training
All Pack 91 leaders, Committee and Den Leaders, are invited (don’t make me say “required” ;-)) to attend a day of fun, fellowship, training, and team building on Saturday, September 6. The place is TBD. Breakfast and Lunch will be provided. This will be an opportunity for all the Pack Leaders to gather, share thoughts and ideas, make plans, and build our leadership team as the Pack program kicks off in the fall.
