- 1 Measure Lemon or Lime Juice
- 2 Measures Water
- 3 Measures Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 5 Measures Gin
- 2 Measures Blue Curacao
- 12 Measures Pineapple Juice
First make Sweet and Sour mix using the Lemon Juice, Water &
Sugar and optionally the Egg White. Mix well. Add remaining
ingredients, mix well and add ice.
