Blue Moon Cocktail

The Offical Cocktail of Brussels Blue Moon H3

Original recipe courtesy of Drink Specialist Tony Abou-Ganim from the Bellagio hotel in Las Vegas.

Ingredients:

• 1 Measure Lemon or Lime Juice
• 2 Measures Water
• 3 Measures Sugar
• 1 Egg White (Optional)
• 5 Measures Gin
• 2 Measures Blue Curacao
• 12 Measures Pineapple Juice

Mixing instructions:

First make Sweet and Sour mix using the Lemon Juice, Water & Sugar and optionally the Egg White. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients, mix well and add ice.
