Local construction plans

The proposal put by the developers can be downloaded here, it is big (around 9Mb) and we have split it into part 1 and part 2.

While the 1,000 new residences in John and Alberts Streets are bad enough,

this is a list of other planned construction in the area (current as of 2007, so presumably there is now lots more), See also the googlemap on the front page for details on more proposals.
